Spain Did Not Stop Fighting

 


The Armada’s failure did not end Spain’s power.

New fleets were built. War continued across Europe and the Atlantic. England remained vulnerable.

1588 was not a conclusion. It was a chapter.

Treating it otherwise distorts the period.

Several modern works now deliberately resist the myth of finality.
